The Rail Industry's Great Britain Football squad continue to go from strength to strength and following a trial day in Crewe, a squad of 22 was put together including players from right across the rail industry.

The squad which includes Gavin Johnson - Resource Manager for Morson Support Services at our Clarendon office (and two Morson contractors, Steven Edge and Daniel Frost) secured a crushing 6-0 victory over Luxembourg last month.

The 6-0 win included goals from Gavin Johnson (Morson), Steve Everett, Steve Edge, Mark Boland, Tim Lees and Terry Edwards.

The team were recently supplied with tracksuits by Ged Mason, CEO of the Morson Group PLC, the leading supplier of technical labour to the Rail industry.

The team is now travelling onto Prague for a Futsal tournament with Morson again heavily represented.

Steve Colman, General Manager, said "I was very pleased with the whole team. we worked well and kept the passing flowing. It was good to see the new players coming in and gelling with those already in the side."
