LYMM HIGH SCHOOL 20 ST PAULS'S SCHOOL, BARNES 15

Lymm High School are celebrating having triumphed in the Under 15s Daily Mail Schools Cup Final.

The squad, sponsored by the Morson Group PLC, saw off the challenge of St Paul's Barnes, and became the first state school ever to win the Daily Mail Cup.

In a pulsating game, the kicking of centre Luke Emmitt proved key as he converted both tries and kicked two penalties.

Managing Director of the Morson Group PLC, Kevin Gorton said;

"It was a fantastic performance by the team against a very spirited display by St Pauls. The result continues a great run of results at Twickenham for Morson following the success of Morson-sponsored Sale Sharks in 2006.

Everyone at Morson is extremely proud of Lymm's efforts and our congratulations go to Captain Andy Davies and all this players."
