Traffic and Customs Facilitator

For over 75 years our client has been working with the makers of powered industrial equipment to design, deliver and support diesel engines and power solutions with the highest levels of performance and reliability.

They currently have a requirement for a Traffic and Customs Facilitator.

Location: Peterborough

Job Description:

Working within the dispatch team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders and processing the dispatch of engines to fulfill orders.

Responsibilities will include:
- Managing customers and acting as the primary customer interface in relation to all orders management issues from stock to delivery.

Key Skills/Requirements:
- Experience within an export/logistics environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and MFG Pro.
- An understanding of export terms and load planning would be beneficial.

Salary: £19,500- £23,500
