Translational Medicine Informatician

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Upload clinical and pre-clinical data to our in-house translational medicine platform
• Map data from studies to clinical data standards
• Work with research scientists to understand their data management and analysis requirements

REQUIREMENTS, to qualify candidates must have
• MSc in a biomedical discipline (or BSc with some clinical data manipulation experience)
• At least 1 years experience in biotech, pharmaceutical or equivalent industry
• High level of competency in use of standard IT software (MS-Excel, Word etc)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

PREFERENCES:
• Experience of clinical and/or discovery data manipulation
• Knowledge of general oncology and treatment terminology
• Understanding of clinical data standards such as CDISC
• SAS software, Oracle and SQL experience highly desirable

£10 per hour
