Trainee Slinger

We are recruiting permanent Trainee Slingers for our client based at Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth.

Successful candidates will undertake 3 years on the job training while completing a NVQ level 2 qualification in Slinging.

You will learn about all aspects and techniques required to undertake the movement of plant and equipment on and off naval ships and submarines as well as fleeting within confined spaces.

You should be a good comminicator with good levels of litteracy and numeracy and enjoy working outdoors.
