They currently have a requirement for 2 Recruitment Specialists.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Recruitment Team Manager, the successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring vacancies are filled in a timely, efficient and professional manner for the company. Vacancies may be in any one of the following areas: engineering, sales, marketing, finance, purchasing, logistics, HR, manufacturing, or management.

There are 2 available roles, and these can be based at Peterborough, Desford (Leicestershire) or Larne, Northern Ireland.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process as appropriate.
- Develop job/person specifications in conjunction with the hiring manager.
- Place adverts- both internal and external.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies regarding candidates and vacancies.
- Carry out initial pre-screening of candidates and recommend a shortlist to managers.
- Development of appropriate selection activities for vacancies, e.g. telephone interviews, interview guides, assessment centres, group exercises, role-plays, presentations etc.
- Support the Graduate Recruitment Process as and when needed.
- Train UK HR staff on recruitment and selection tools.

Key Skills/Requirements:
- Ideally a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject, with a CIPD qualification.
- At least 3-4 years of HR or specific recruitment experience.
- A proven track record of developing and maintaining professional working relationships, both within a recruitment team and with customers.
- A good understanding of UK employment law (especially related to recruitment).
- Candidates must be prepared to undertake up to 50% travel.

Salary: £22,000- £23,000 dependant upon experience
