Job Description

For over 75 years our client has been working with the makers of powered industrial equipment to design, deliver and support diesel engines and power solutions with the highest levels of performance and reliability.

They currently have a requirement for a Pensions Administrator.

Location: Peterborough

Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide customer support to employees, pensioners and the company•s HR department on pension related issues.

Duties will include-
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers by receiving incoming requests via telephone and email for pensions related information.
- Resolve customer requests by use of knowledge, scripts, tools, computer systems and necessary resources.
- Meet established quality and volume goals by gathering complete information, providing accurate information, entering data into required systems, and maintaining prompt response rates.

Key Skills/Requirements:
- An experienced administrator with experience preferably within a finance or pensions environment.
- Customer focused, with the ability to demonstrate confidentiality and excellent communication skills.

Salary: £17,500- £19,500

Duration: 12 month fixed term contract
